Rich Soo Hoo is the Co-Founder and Chief Operating Officer of Soo Hoo Insurance. A CIC, LIA, AAI, and CISR with more than 20 years of experience, he specializes in Asian restaurant insurance, high-value coastal homes, and trade contractors across Martha's Vineyard and Boston. Babson College graduate, Martha's Vineyard 40 Under 40 honoree, active volunteer firefighter, former MAIA Young Agent of the Year nominee, and proud home chef.

Wendell brings four years of agency accounting experience and over 40 years with the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services, where he served as a federal Contract Manager overseeing Medicare insurance contracts and led the Financial Management Branch covering Medicare Fraud and Abuse and Medicare Secondary Payer compliance nationwide. He ensures Sterling's operations remain accurate, compliant, and built on solid process.
