Susan

Susan is a Commercial Lines Account Manager at Sterling Insurance Group with more than 12 years of insurance experience. Susan specializes in helping businesses with challenging loss histories or unique exposures find competitive carrier options when coverage may be difficult to place in standard markets. She frequently works with restaurant owners, including many Asian restaurants in greater Boston, helping them navigate workers’ compensation, liability, and property coverage in a challenging market.

Susan holds the Certified Insurance Counselor (CIC), Certified Insurance Service Representative (CISR), and SBCS (HAR School) designations, reflecting deep and diverse technical expertise across commercial lines and specialized risk. She earned a Master's Degree in Leadership with a Human Resources focus from Northeastern University in Boston.
