Michael is an member of the Agency Service Team at Sterling Insurance Group, contributing to client service, auto policy processing, and operational support across the Boston team. He holds a Property & Casualty (P&C) Producer License, is actively working toward his Certified Insurance Service Representative (CISR) designation, and brings more than 20 years of experience in financial services, where he developed strong communication, reconciliation, and problem-solving skills in detail-intensive environments.

Michael earned his Bachelor of Science in Management Information Systems from the University of Massachusetts Boston. He is fluent in Cantonese and Mandarin and is deeply committed to serving Boston's Chinese-speaking community with reliable, culturally informed insurance guidance. A Boston resident for over 30 years, he has a genuine appreciation for the city's history and diverse communities. He also has experience leading cross-cultural training initiatives, having served as a Subject Matter Expert for new business operations teams internationally.
