Yanlin is a member of the Agency Service Team at Sterling Insurance Group, focusing on client support, policy servicing, and communications. She holds a Property & Casualty Producer License and the Certified Insurance Service Representative (CISR) designation, and is committed to continuous professional development.

Prior to entering the insurance industry, Yanlin received formal training in clinical medicine at Guangzhou Medical University, which contributes to her structured thinking, disciplined approach to problem-solving, and strong sense of responsibility, along with her analytical precision and attention to detail.

She is fluent in Mandarin, Cantonese, and English, making her a critical bridge between Sterling's Chinese-speaking clients and the full range of the agency's services. Yanlin believes every client deserves to feel heard and well-served, regardless of language. Outside of work, she enjoys medical and suspense dramas, sometimes critiquing the accuracy of the medical details, and sometimes just enjoying the mystery.
