Audrey is a member of the Agency Service Team at Sterling Insurance Group, bringing 8 years of insurance experience in client support, policy inquiries, and account management. She supplements that with 3 years of broader customer service experience and a decade of administrative work, skills that translate into thorough, reliable, and consistent support for both clients and colleagues.

Audrey is fluent in Cantonese and Mandarin and takes pride in serving Sterling's Chinatown-area clients and the wider Chinese-speaking community with clear, culturally sensitive communication. Outside of work, Audrey enjoys spending time with her family, traveling, swimming, hiking, biking, and music.
