Carmen is a part of the Agency Service Team at Sterling Insurance Group, licensed in both Life & Health and Property & Casualty insurance. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Marketing with an Accounting minor from the University of Massachusetts Dartmouth (GPA: 3.92) and earned a Master of Science in Information Systems from the University of Hawaii at Manoa (GPA: 3.97). She also holds the CompTIA Security+ certification, providing a sophisticated understanding of digital operations and information security.
Carmen grew up on the South Coast of Massachusetts and is now based in Boston, making regular summer trips to Martha's Vineyard. A committed endurance athlete, she has completed both the UConn Half Marathon and the Honolulu Marathon, and enjoys hiking, surfing, snorkeling, and skiing.
