Janet is the Director of Commercial Lines at Soo Hoo Insurance, a Division of Sterling Insurance Group, overseeing the agency's commercial insurance portfolio and guiding clients through complex risk and coverage decisions. Janet has 10 years of insurance experience, beginning as a Personal Lines Executive before transitioning to commercial lines in 2019.
Janet holds both the Certified Insurance Counselor (CIC) and Certified Insurance Service Representative (CISR) designations. She earned her Bachelor's Degree in Risk Management with a major in Actuarial Science and minors in Statistics and Mathematics, graduating with a 3.84 GPA, a rigorous quantitative foundation that informs her analytical approach to commercial program design and risk evaluation.
