Connie

Connie is a Personal Lines Account Manager at Sterling Insurance Group, focused on auto and home insurance for individuals and families across the Boston area and Martha’s Vineyard, including coastal and second‑home insurance for Island clients. She brings one year of insurance experience, prior work as a benefits and eligibility representative with MassHealth, and more than 10 years of customer service experience across retail and food service, a background that built her instinct for meeting people where they are and communicating clearly across diverse backgrounds.

Connie is actively working toward the Certified Insurance Service Representative (CISR) designation. She is fluent in Cantonese, making her a valued resource for Cantonese-speaking clients in the greater Boston area. She attended school and college in the city and says that no matter where she travels, nothing feels like home the way Boston does. Outside of work, Connie balances active and creative outlets, swimming, boxing, sewing, and reading, picking up new interests as her curiosity leads her.
