He has served as a Senior Commercial Underwriter and is currently a Licensed Property and Casualty Producer in Massachusetts, Rhode Island, Maine, and New Hampshire. He holds the designations of Licensed Insurance Advisor (LIA) and Certified Insurance Councilor (CIC). When it comes to insurance knowledge and know-how, Richard Soo Hoo is on the forefront everyday. And, having spent all of his life in Massachusetts; he knows the risks that businesses and individuals face and how to protect his clients against them.
